Iron and Tile Furniture

A sculpted wrought iron table with a mosaic top is a great way to bring a breezy air into your breakfast area or patio. The mosaics are all hand made by placing tiles on a wooden surface held in place by a high quality tile adhesive. They have grout rubbed over them to further hold the tiles in place. After curing for 24 hours, the tiles are clean thoroughly cleaned and a sealant is put over the tiles to ensure longevity and durability of the table top. It will easily stand out in the hottest weather but should be protected from long term exposure to freezing temperatures. Simply covering during ice and snow will protect your tabletop and let it give you many years of good service.

There are a good number of designs available and many of them look like the mosiacs found on the gardens in ancient Greece.
